High above in the clouds of imagination, a little flock of pups was born under the gentle care of their momma on August 1, 2025. Now these sky-kissed adventurers are ready for their forever homes!
Meet Swift!
The smallest of the bunch, with a dark coat that shimmers with golden highlights. This little lovebug is pure sweetness. He’s not a fan of the leash yet, so we’re taking it slow while he learns the ropes.
Fun fact: DNA testing shows the Skyborne pups are approximately 60% Chow Chow, 25% Supermutt, and 12% Lab, with a hint of Pit Bull and German Shepherd — a beautiful blend of brains, loyalty, and heart.

Oakey
Meet Oakey, a sweet 11-month-old pup who was saved from euthanasia and given a second chance at life. Oakey’s story isn’t perfect, but it’s real — and it shows just how resilient he is. He came into rescue after being found in a rough situation, but despite everything he’s been through, he’s still capable of love, affection, and kisses — he’s already started giving them to his foster.

Kelsey is ready to go to her forever home! Apply today to take home your very own teddy bear. Yes, believe it or not, the squishable fuzzy bear in the photo is ACTUALLY a dog under all that fluff!!... and we couldn't love her anymore!
After narrowly escaping euthanasia, this beautiful Chow girl is finally safe and decompressing in a loving foster home — and she’s showing just how special she is. Within her first hour, Kelsey was accepting kisses, full-body pets (yes, even belly rubs!), and choosing to lay right next to her person on her own.

Cosmo
Cosmo is a 5-year-old, 51-lb neutered blue Chow who is currently decompressing in foster care after being rescued from the shelter. Right now, Cosmo is doing exactly what thoughtful, sensitive dogs do — taking his time. He’s observing his surroundings, settling into routine, and slowly letting his personality shine through. With each day, he shows more confidence and curiosity, revealing a dog with strong instincts, intelligence, and quiet presence.
Cosmo finds comfort in toys and often self-soothes with squeaky noises. He gravitates toward calm, structured energy and appreciates an environment that feels predictable. Each morning, he does a full “perimeter check” inside and outside, making it clear that being aware of his surroundings — and protecting his space — comes naturally to him.

Cosmo has done well around other dogs when energy stays mellow, though overly energetic play can make him anxious. If you’ve ever wanted a dog who narrates his own life… Oatmeal is your guy! This handsome, golden fluff is full of personality and the cutest little sassy “woo-woos” to make sure his opinions are heard. Door closed? Woo. Want outside? Woo. Not invited to the meeting? Woo-woo.
Oatmeal's hobbies include:
- Supervising the yard
- Watching squirrels like it’s his full-time job
- Trotting beside you instead of playing with toys
- Striking dramatic poses in the sunshine
Oatmeal loves being outdoors and would thrive with a secure yard and an active human who enjoys a dog with main-character energy. Inside, he settles near his people and just wants to belong. Car rides make him a little nervous — he prefers to be very involved in the driving process — but with structure and patience, he continues to gain confidence.
He’s young, vetted, neutered, and ready for his forever home. Oatmeal is a personality! He's a sidekick. A fluffy little king who wants someone to run with, watch the world with, and softly “woo” at for years to come.

Prince
Meet Prince, a 1-year-old Chow mix with a gentle heart and very strong opinions about beds (spoiler: he thinks they’re mandatory).
This sweet boy is officially in his soft era and looking for a forever family to curl up with. He’s cat-friendly, dog-friendly, crate-trained, non-destructive, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and yes… his tongue is black—just like a true Chow! Everyone who meets him says the same thing — once he warms up, he’s an absolute sweetheart. He sleeps quietly through the night and clearly believes beds are meant for sharing. Yes… he is 100% a bed dog.
