Rosetta

Rosetta arrived in rescue with neglected skin, a thin coat, and little confidence. Today, she's blossoming into the playful, sassy girl she was always meant to be.

Her fur is growing back beautifully, she handled her first full groom like a queen, and we've learned one very important thing... Rosetta might actually be part duck. She discovered a lake this week and happily dragged her foster right in with her!

Rosetta's Highlights:

• 6 years young, 44 lbs

• Fully potty and crate trained

• Clean bill of health—no medications needed

• Learning basic commands

• Loves posing for photos and being the center of attention

• Best matched with male dogs or easygoing companions

• Not yet tested with small dogs or children

Rosetta is affectionate, intelligent, and becoming more adventurous every day. She warms up to new people with a little patience and quickly realizes that new friends mean treats, pets, and admiration. The biggest transformation hasn't been her coat—it's her confidence. She's finally learning that life can be full of lake days, spa days, and all the love she deserves.

Rosetta is currently being fostered in Clearview, TX.

Reiner

Meet Reiner — a smart, spunky guy who is eager to please and even more eager to find his person!

Reiner is a super sweet, cuddly guy with a fun personality. He loves his people, loves his toys, and already has quite the résumé of good-boy skills. He knows sit, shake, settle, and kennel, and because he’s so eager to please, we think continued training will be a great way for him to bond with his future family.

Mention the leash? Reiner comes running! He enjoys walks and car rides, and while he can get a little enthusiastic on leash, he listens well and knows how to wait when asked.

He’s also been a rockstar in his kennel. He settles nicely and enjoys having his treats, bones, and other special goodies there. Reiner is still working on his doggy social skills.

A few things to know about Reiner:

- 4 years old

- 59 pounds

- Dog selective

Reiner is an absolute sweetheart — affectionate, cuddly, playful, and ready to be someone’s best buddy. He’s looking for a family who will give him structure, continue his training, and love that spunky Reiner personality!

Reiner is currently being fostered in Houston, TX.

Krypto and Kara are being introduced to new sights, sounds, water, crates, and positive social experiences to help prepare them for life with their future families. They are happy, healthy, normal pups!

Puppy Details:

- Crate trained

- Exposed to water

- Receiving daily socialization and positive interaction

Hutch

DOUBLE THE FUN — MEET STARSKY & HUTCH!

Some partnerships are just meant to be, and Starsky and Hutch are already proving they're the perfect little duo. These two adorable red boys arrived from the Oklahoma City shelter and have wasted no time settling into foster care. Despite being young puppies, they've taken everything in stride and are already showing what wonderful companions they're going to become.

At just under three months old, these playful brothers have the best balance of puppy energy. They love romping around with other puppies, playing until they're tired, and then happily settling down to relax. They're social, affectionate, and incredibly sweet with everyone they meet.

Their foster is especially impressed with how quickly they're catching on to crate training. They're already sleeping through the night without accidents—a huge accomplishment for puppies their age!

If you think one of these sweet boys might be the missing piece of your family, submit an application today! Just like puppies with any age, they will need continued training and structure in their new environment to maintain the skills and socialization they’ve been started with.

Yogi

Meet Yogi Bear!

-Fully vaccinated

-Microchip

-Crate trained

-Potty training in progress

-Socialized

Chow Chows are an incredible breed, but they are not the right fit for every home. Proper socialization, training, and breed understanding during puppyhood are critical to raising a confident, well-adjusted Chow. We take that responsibility seriously.

1) If you're serious about adopting, we ask that you invest a few minutes into completing the application. It helps us get to know you and ensures our puppies are set up for success.

2) Our matching team can then talk with you one on one about all the details and answer questions you have.

Yogi is currently being fostered in Austin, TX.

Ludo

Ludo is a sweet, happy-go-lucky guy who loves zoomies with his dog friends and enjoys snuggling once he trusts you. He can be a little reserved at first, but give him a few days and some patience, and he starts coming out of his shell.

At a Glance

- 2 years old (DOB 6/11/24)

- Dog social — can be reactive with pushy dogs, but overall social

- House training — needs routine

- No food aggression toward people or dogs

- Crate — still learning

- Leash skills — still learning

- Moderate energy

- High ability to settle

- Not noise sensitive

- No separation anxiety observed yet

Once Ludo settles in, his personality really starts to shine. He’s playful, affectionate, goofy, and absolutely delighted to run around with the other dogs. Then, when the zoomies are over, he’s perfectly happy to snuggle up and enjoy some quiet time.

He takes treats from your hand and has a soft spot for cheese and hot dogs, which may come in very handy while he’s learning that humans bring good things. Ludo is not a dog who should be rushed. He is still learning that people, handling, and new experiences can be safe. He is currently uncomfortable with some types of touch, including being petted around his ears, and restraint is something he is still learning to tolerate.

Ludo is looking for someone who will give him the patience and consistency he needs to continue building confidence. In return, you’ll get to watch a sweet young dog blossom more and more as he learns he’s finally home.

Ludo is currently being fostered in Farmers Branch, TX.
