Found as a stray in San Antonio by a kind family who refused to look the other way, Canelo’s story quickly turned into one of hope. When no one came forward to claim him, his rescuers stepped up to foster him for us — giving this sweet boy safety, care, and a second chance at the life he deserves.
At 6 years old and 40 lbs, Canelo is the perfect “just right” companion — past the puppy chaos but still full of personality and ready for adventures, sunshine strolls, and cozy evenings at home.

Royal Flush has made one thing very clear during her time decompressing in Florida… She doesn’t just want a family — she wants her person. And if that person happens to be a guy? Even better.
After being returned to the shelter five years after being adopted as a puppy, Royal Flush found herself with only three days left to live. Thanks to a last-minute rescue effort and a freedom ride filled with kindness, she’s now safe and starting over — ready to find the forever bond she’s been missing.

Angel’s life changed when her family faced financial and housing challenges and made the loving decision to help her find a safe new future. Now, this sweet girl is decompressing in foster care and showing everyone just how special she is.

Angel is an active, intelligent girl who enjoys both playtime and relaxing indoors. She loves chasing a ball, running around the yard, and showing off her playful energy — but she also has wonderful house manners and settles beautifully inside the home.
What Angel’s foster has learned about her:
- Excellent indoor manners
- Loves playing fetch and zooming around the yard
- Knows commands like sit and no
- Loyal watchdog — she gives a full alert when the doorbell rings, visitors arrive, or new household sounds catch her attention
- Despite being a big girl, she adorably likes to tuck herself under an end table or coffee table to feel safe

Peanut is still settling in and letting his personality unfold, but he already shows that soft, steady charm that makes you stop and take a second look. He’s at that perfect age where he’s past the chaos of puppyhood but still full of life and love to give.

Pickles and her sister Bubbles came from a situation where they were originally purchased thinking they were tiny Pomeranians… and surprise—they just kept growing. Pickles is a gentle, sweet puppy who bonds closely with her people and feels most secure when someone is nearby. She does best with encouragement for eating and potty time, especially when she can see her person.
She is a total cuddle bug and loves being part of the action—especially with kids and other dogs. Puppy pile? She’s in it. She truly believes she’s a lap dog and will lean right into you for comfort and reassurance. She’s still learning manners like not jumping and not being mouthy, and she’s getting used to grooming. She can be a messy drinker and has a soft spot for ponytails, but at her core she is incredibly loving and eager to please.

Bubbles
Bubbles and her sister Pickles came from a situation where they were originally purchased thinking they were tiny Pomeranians… and surprise—they just kept growing. Bubbles is a calm, affectionate girl who loves her people deeply. She greets you at the door like you’re the best part of her day and prefers to stay close wherever you are—especially if that’s the bed.
She’s very touch-oriented and will gently paw or nudge you when she wants attention. She’s still a puppy and teething, so she may occasionally get into things she shouldn’t if things get too quiet but overall she’s easygoing, crate comfortable, and a slow, thoughtful eater. Plus, she is good with other dogs.
